Dual monitor hackintosh mavericks pixelated?

I got my 23" asus monitor. I want to try dual monitor in hackintosh but its not woking. I tried t connect and it gives me this images that is blurry. and a lot of pixel. Can someone help me how to setup dual monitor? I am using a VGA cable.
