Any solution for this? Best Regards! (Sorry my english I am Spanish) I have a Radeon 6970 and I tried a lot of stuff, helper card, graphics enabler, DSDT injection and could not get it to work. I have given up and will sell mine. God luck with your endeavor. Please let us know how things go. There is a thread here about using custom kexts with DSDT injection but there are still crashes and openCL does not work - this is the nice thing about putting radians on macs, specially with the new support in FCPX for that. Please let us know if you get it working. Suerte.

Raboebie
I have found a solution for the 6970 on Mavericks and Yosemite. I can provide you with the patched kext files. Im currently running my powercolor 6970 with full QE/CI on 10.9.1. Supposedly the same procedure should work for 10.10. Boot with -x. Replace the kext file with kext wizard and repair permissions. Reboot without the -x flag and boom, you should hit the desktop without any issues. Dual screen works great and even games run really well for me. Here and there you might notice a graphics glitch or two.
