doubleaa93 Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 So I've finally manage to install mavericks and get sound and intel hd graphics with no dsdt on my hp-dv6-2150us I've also notice that while installing mavericks i was able to use my webcam to take choose a picture during installation. Then once load up for the first time it also work on FaceTime. But once install chameleon and fakesmc and some other kexts it is no longer recognize it does it even show up on system report. But when I boot with -x the hp webcam works again and it shows up on system report I have this kext installed VoodooHda v2.7.2 Ps2-Keyboard-Mouse FakeSMC v6.3.820 AppleIntelCpuPowerManagement 216 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
styrian Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 Look for facetime kext, edit the infoplist with the device and vendor ID of your cam, found in system report, and install the kext in S/L/E.
