krutojmax
hey guys, I have a big Problem. I can't install mountain Lion on my laptop. my Hardware: i7 2670QM, 8GB RAM, IntelHD3000 and Geforce GT540M (2GB). So if I want to install with my usb stick I see on the screen "DSMOS has arrived" and then it doesn't do anything. so I've tryed with GraphicsEnabler, -f, -x and something else... it doesn't work. So I added my graphic-kext and try to install again (u can see it here: ) so I've try again with some boot-flags ... and it stops on "DSMOS has arrived" ... Now I hope that someone can help me, because I haven't an idea... thank u
SS01
Go into your BIOS. Find the setting to choose how much memory to allow the HD3000 to use (sometimes it is named something like "On-Chip Frame Buffer Size"). As you have 8GB RAM, set it to 480MB and post back with results EDIT: Oh, and be sure to disable the GT 540M in BIOS also.
