I just recently picked a Toshiba Satellite C850 - A825 here in Manama, Bahrain.
To be honest, I just started as an aspiring indie iOS application developer. Since I can't afford any of Apple's laptops, I decided to go cheap and just install an OSX in it. Yes, I thought it would be easier like installing a Ubuntu to a machine.
To cut the story short, will the guides here be fine with the laptop I have?

First of All welcome to insanelymac!! Mar7aba
As for your laptop it'll most probably work just fine.
I know some people who managed to install Mac OS on Toshiba C850 series laptops.
Start here at this Guide: http://www.insanelym...-for-beginners/
Installing OS X is not that difficult, however tweaking the system to make it stable is a long, sometimes frustrating process.
It'll help a bit if you tell me what your exact hardware is? CPU/GPU/WiFi
I don't think your (realtek?) WiFi will work, and you'll probably need to replace it with a Dell 1702 card which works perfectly.

OK, your system will work fine with the exception of WiFi/Bluetooth. You can either get a replacement WiFi card or a generic usb WiFi dongle.
The radeon graphics won't work with 10.8.2 but the HD4000 (integrated into your CPU) will work perfectly. 10.8.3 contains drivers for 7-series radeon GPUs but they're don't work with hacks yet.
Good Luck

Are there any good WiFi pci-e card other than Dell DW1702?
Wait, there is an integrated graphics in my CPU?
Also, what is the difference between the following:
DELL DW1702 FJJTN Atheros AR5B195 Wireless N Bluetooth BT 3.0+HS half pci-e Card - http://www.ebay.com/...d-/290705668745
NEW Dell DW1702 Wireless WLAN 802.11n Card P/N FJJTN - http://www.ebay.com/...N-/290777023714
and DELL DW1702 atheros AR5B195 Wireless WIFI N Bluetooth BT 3.0 mini pci-e Card - http://www.ebay.com/...d-/170726549810
Are they all the same?

They're all the same, based on the AR9285 chipset. There are other compatible cards but this one is the best.
Yes, all intel ivy bridge CPUs have an integrated Intel HD4000 GPU. (http://ark.intel.com...o-3_10-GHz-rPGA)
Since there are no mac drivers (yet) for your radeon, the system will default to the HD4000 (which actually performs quite well to be honest even in games).
