I was just looking thru some random articles and found out some really interesting things. I had no idea that the current Mars Rover Curiosity is basically a G3 SoC powered Apple Airport Extreme. A very special one, but a psudo-mac clone none-the-less.

It's not really the G3 but rather a PowerPC type CPU based system... Quite specific one. So no go with Windows 8 running on it (luckily) :)
