krogar Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 After installing Mountain Lion 10.8.2 on an eVGA x58 3x SLI mobo, with no add-in cards, BIOS 83, using an nVidia GTX 285 video card, the system comes up with a disk boot failure error. Have not found any recent DSDT files to use after installation. BIOS settings are as follows: Sata Mode: AHCI JMB362 Sata Controller: Enabled JMB363 Sata/Pata Controller: Enabled JMB363 Mode: AHCI JMB362 Mode: AHCI ACPI Suspend: S3 Run VGA Bios if S3 Resume: No Soft-Off by PWRBUTTON: Instant off Wake up by PCI card: Disable USBKB Wakeup from S3: Enabled PWRON after pwr failure: On Integrated sound: Enabled Ethernet: Only one enabled Any help would be much appreciated.
