Rampage Dev, why is your DSDT getting stuck at MAC Framework successfully initialized
using 16384 buffer headers and 10240 cluster IO buffer headers.?
GA-X79-UD3
i7-3820
Sapphire ATi HD7970
Also, does your dsdt normally work for 10.8.3 too?

Post your raw DSDT extract and IOreg. Must be a issue with the GPU. I have had a lot of issues with the UD3 with my DSDT. Can never get it to play nice with all the UD3 motherboards. Out of all the MB I support this one causes 98% of the issues with DSDT compatibility.

Rampage Dev:
Here is DSDT from AIDA64 and IOReg
Don't know if it matters but I ran AIDA64 from UEFI Windows 8 x64

Ok, I used your DSDT and it boots fine with sound using your AppleHDA.kext but still can't sleep with NullCPUPMgmt and SleepEn 10.7.x-10.8.x . It gets stuck at a white screen with mouse pointer and if i press mouse buttons it returns to where it was.
Also:
syslog |grep -i “Wake reason”
grep: reason”: No such file or directory
Also:
syslog |grep -i “Wake reason”
grep: reason”: No such file or directory

Then you will just have to deal with S1 working..
