Most likely we will have to wait a bit for its public launch before we get a good compatible kernel. Even Apple, the makers of OS X, wouldn't really know the answer to your question at this point in time. I think you might be talking about IVY BRIDGE/SANDY BRIDGE? Can you please add more details to your question such as specs/model, etc?
