could someone help me please. i have a M-audio 2496 working with mountain lion 10.8.2. but to get it to work i have to type in the boot screen. himemory_mode=2
every time. i have tried adding it in the boot plist as a string but sound stops working.perhaps im not doing it right
from what ive read its not working as i have alot of ram in the pc and this flag changes it so the driver loads. its a great sound card and i would like to use it
