iAtkos L2 works flawlessly. But, when it's booting (showing the apple logo) there's no spinning circle at the bottom. Is this normal? Is there anyway to make it appear? It just passes the time to watch it spin..

Honestly, I've never come across a theme that has the circle spinning logo and I've seen a lot.

I'm old fashion though, every Mac I own, real or hack boots in verbose mode (-v). It's not pretty but at least it tells me something more than a grey circle spinning.
