So I have been out of the OSX86 scene for quite some time.  I originally had leopard (or snow leopard) installed on this laptop and had it running pretty good. Wifi, Sleep, graphics, and speedstepping (if i'm not mistaken)

I was wondering if it was possible to get LION running on this old gal.  Any recommendations for distros or retail?

Here are my system specs:
-- Studio 14z - 1440 Laptop
-- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6600 (2.2GHz/800Mhz FSB/2MB cache)
-- NVIDIA GeForce 9400M G
-- Dell 1397 802.11B/G Wireless Mini Card
-- 3 GB DDR3 SDRAM 1066MHz
