Hi,

I am using ML on my Toshiba lappy , though with a few problems, the lappy contains GT525m dedicated and I get full resolution and acceleration (i think i do) in ML but when I run System info it shows the nvidia VGA as unknown plus Sys Info does not show any kexts loaded. Though videos play properly plus gaming but I am not sure if the acceleration is perfect.

Hey I have the Ioreg file. How do I send it to you ?   Is it also possible to do something like this for ATI cards ?

This may have been asked many a times but what exactly would the dsdt for the display cards do ? will it enable QE/CI ?  It's my Sapphire HD 6750 which is not supported by SL 10.6.8.

If you add the device ID to the proper kexts you can force a framebuffer to load using my method above.
