I just installed 10.8.2 and it broke my audio and disabled TRIM on my SSD (which is common, I believe).  I was able to get both working in short order again.  Mac App Store works just fine for me, although my iPhoto v9.4 update wants to install twice for some reason (currently downloading it twice, even though iPhoto Get Info says I have version 9.4 already).

Just upgraded here on an HP ProBook 4530s. The 10.8.2 AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext gives all sorts of artifacts, so I rolled back to the 10.8.0 version. And, the DVD drive is now detected!
