Hi all,

I've been looking for proper drivers for my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 for a few hours now, and I really need to get QE/IC working to be able to work with iwork 09.

Has anyone of you guys found anything to get my card working correctly ?

Do I need to remove all the old kexts that I had installed earlier ? Have you any tips to do that ?

Install with KextWizard an chek option Backup kext

I have installed the RadeonHD kext, and resolution is much higher. But it seems I still do not have QE/CI enabled. How do I turn the feature on ?

EDIT :

After a few tweaks, it seems QE/CI is enabled but I still see no difference.

bash-3.2# defaults read /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver GLCompositor
{
	tileHeight = 256;
	tileWidth = 256;
}

Frontrow is still a black screen, and iPages still a blank sheet...

What's going on ?

Upgrading to 10.6.7 has not changed anything. I'm going for the 10.6.8, see whether the  noticeably improved graphics performances announced by Apple improve anything.

Anyway I still lack step-by-step guide to try and resolve this issue myself...

Any hint or help would be much appreciated !!!
