Ok I tryed to downgrade the bios and its not the solution. Tryed three different versions besides the last one.

Should I left windows and give it up?

is it usable as single core? there are other x58 boards for just under $200 but they are mostly out of production so getting harder to find. But the final decision is yours. One thing I think goes a long way towards building a good hackintosh is building it and buying the parts with that goal in mind ahead of time, so you know your getting compatible hardware with plenty of support via users with the same hardware. Done that with 2 builds and could not be happier with the results, but usually means you have to order parts as local stores will always have the ones that are just "close" to what your looking for, close enough to get you to buy them and find out it won't work :)

No, i cant explain the difference between using a single core and using all the cores. Booting is faster, allmost everything is faster with all the cores. I dont want the hackintosh to just use it, i wanted it to make some video editing and post processing. There are alot of people with this MoBo and they made it! But they used Snow Leopard. Also there is a guy that installed Snow Leopard in a machine that is exactly the same as mine, and it works flawless.

My goal allways was to install Lion (i didnt tryed m. lion yet).

I -think- FOUND THE PROBLEM: WiFi. When i turn off the wifi using the icon next to the clock, the computer never hangs. No matter what i do, never hangs. Im also using ATY init and Graphics Enabler and i can use the DVD Player.

My wifi card is a TP-LINK TL-WN951ND Atheros 9287 Lite-N (150mbps) PCI and, in iAtkos L2 setup im using Atheros 9287 driver. Im trying to verify if it is the network or the wifi adapter, but i think the problem comes from there.

I love how sometimes the most unexpected things can cause problems, but also re-enforces why distros are such a pain cause you end up with little things like that, where doing a retail install and then adding kext for various hardware after the install you'll catch any that may be an issue

Ok, that is it. The WiFi. If i turn it off using the icon, the machine boots, works, does everything! What now? There is two remaining problems: Video: there are two displays in the Displays menu and only one really connected. WiFi: Atheros how to make it work!

I think you can now close the thread. The problem wasnt the DSDT or the SSDT and not even the distro. The wifi card...

for video, don't use 2 injector methods, only one. I would remove aty and use Chameleon Graphics Enabler instead. Not sure if you ever said what kind of card it is, but depending on that, some additional framebuffer config may be needed. For your wifi, there are quite a few different kexts floating around for it, some work for some people and not for others. It may be a matter of finding one that works for you. Obviously the one in iAtkos does not. you can try, http://www.osx86.net...do=file&id=2588 , http://www.osx86.net...do=file&id=1626 , http://www.osx86.net...-9287_kext.html , http://www.osx86.net...y9287.kext.html there's more but you get the point, hopefully one will work, if not maybe use a real apple one like the rest of the cool kids :)

Guys, take a deep look of this http://blog.scoopz.c...s-on-macpro-11/

I think is the same problem that i have.

How so? The user in that blog has genuine MacPro 1,1 with dual quad core socket 775 cpu's and every kernel panic had an associated process that caused the KP. Apples and oranges-no pun intended :)
