I bought a hacked original apple tv from someone on craigslist,it has a 160GB hard drive and all the latest updates. How do I sync content from my itunes to the internal hard drive without wiping out the NitoTV app inside it? I know its very easy for some of you,but this is my first apple tv.

BTW,I am running windows 7 with the latest itunes if that helps.
