Objective Development has released a DP version of Little Snitch to work with Mountain Lion. It is available in their nightly builds section and not easy to find on their site, and I don't have the direct link, but it's there. Version will only work in ML and no other version of OSX, rules lists from prior versions can be transferred and applied to ML version, does not include a network monitor GUI, but is free to use until June 1st, which is a pretty good chunk of time to develop. Finally getting to the point where there's no reason for me to come down off the Mountain.

i had installed little snitch for dp2 and everything in my top menu bar was missing except for notification button. Had to reinstall to fix. haven't tried again. i can upload little snitch if anyone needs

It's not really hidden on their site ...  It's right there below the current stable build on their download page ...
