I patch Chameleon 1823 with Mountain Lion and installed my Asus A53sv notebook.
After installation it bootup fine, integrated HD3000 Graphics work OOB and Graphic Controller NVIDIA GT 540M working with edit's Kext.
Lan/Wlan, I couldn't got it to work with different kexts. I used kexts from Lion 10.7.1 and 10.7.3 didn't work. Does anyone have problem network utility?

Im not sure if you visited my Lion install, but the only reason why I have any Internet activity is because I white flashed my bios & removed my original Intel1000 wi-fi card and replaced it with a Atheros 9285 mini PCI-E. I have never bothered to use my "built-in Ethernet" since I prefer wi-fi. Thanks Guys!

I am using AR5BX/HB92 both on 2 notebooks with faked device-id 2A in dsdt, and they all worked 300M/OOB on ML. I am not sure if 93 can do this, but I suggest everyone to change the incompatible wifi card ASAP because the driver become more and more picky if compared to Lion.

Finally, I got my Atheros AR5B93 working with Airdrop and Wifi.
I used IO80211Family v4.0 from Lion 10.7.1
