freddy43
Hi! I am currently trying to install OS X Lion on my Laptop : CPU: i5-2410M @ 2.29Ghz RAM: 6Gb GPU: GT 525M/Intel HD3000(I disabled Optimus (GT 525M), so its only my Intel HD3000) Using iAktos_L1 First try: Chamelon 2.0 BootLoader Using Graphic Enabler + NVEnabler (i know i failed...) Some Network and Audio drivers Result : unsuccessful 2nd try: Chimeria Boot Loader (Because of Intel HD3000 Support) Network Drivers(Works) Result: Semi-Successful I can get to the installation Screen, i can get trough the installation process. But to get to the configuration screen/ O.S i can only boot with the DVD in, and with these Boot flags : -Busratio=23 -npci=0x2000 -GraphicsEnabler=No -v -x. And Safe mode disabled my Keyboard/Trackpad (PS/2 Kexts Not loaded) i can only use a USB Keyboard and Mouse. Because i will get a : Transcript Offline - Buffer Pool Allocate [181000] Failed( I have done research, it seems it's related to Intel's HD3000 Graphics) Post-Installation : I ran #####, installing the latest version of Chimera (1.5.4) and repairing permission. This caused a Kernel Panic once i rebooted without flags. I can boot in Safe mode. I am stuck there, i have uninstalled Mac, deleted partition, im gonna do some more research on my problem. Now! Knowing that my main problem is my HD3000, and that i CAN boot in safe mode, What should i do??? Ask any question if you need more info or clarifications!
