Lenovo N200 + Snow very hot

I have a levono N200 (X3100, 3945abg, realtek hd...) with Snow L.

When I start it, temperature go up, because fan not work until I reboot it. If I reboot it, fan work to max. speed until until that I shutdown it (but it is not hot).

What is the problem?

Now i see that fan work normally if it is started on boot (it can change speed of spin), if fan is stopped on boot, it never start until reboot.
