Fra321 Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 Hi i've got that notebook since some years and i'm trying to get HW accelleration, i can see my card recognized with 1gb but i can't get it work on internal display that still black with backlight, i'm using 10.6.6 with muchas ATI 10.6.6 kext and boot. i don't know hows to pach them and what to pack i can't undestand mucha's guide, can someone help me? just pached kexts like following mucha's guide and solved, full QE/CI working as well as full resolution 1366x768 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are now in Ati4600controller.kext. The complete set of ATI kexts changed, version is 1.6.36. I have uploaded tweaked kexts for a 4650 mobility @ 1366x768 ( model ID 10029480 ) to my posting in Hardware - ATI for Toshiba L500 . I guess they are the same for your machine.
