In general: An good DSDT is the ground / base for other things you must have / do : 2.1 Audio: Mostly you need also special Layout injectors to get unpatched AppleHDA working. The DSDT HDEF is needed, but only half of the way to get sound. 2.2 Pstates/Cstates: You need also new Chameleon (at least one of the last 3 Months) which know the new keys 2.2.1 Also the used MacModell (in smbios.plist) has huge effect on working / or non working powermanagement of CPU (and GPU). 2.2.2 Overclockers (more than 20%+ GHz )may avoid the Pstates gen of chameleon and use own (higher mVolts) in their DSDT, otherwise you may get freezes / KPs.
