maybe it can run iOS, it has an ARM CPU. Would probably run at 1 second per frame though.

Played Elite to death on my ZX Spectrum in the 80s, later Frontier on the Amiga, then Virus 2000, the obscure and awesome follow up to Virus, on my PC in the late 90s. I still have a boxed copy of that..actually I have it installed on my Parallels virtual XP on my Hackintosh:

If David Braben made it, that automatically makes it cool in my book.

Strange enough, I didn't have much interest in computers back then. I always wondered what a ZX Spectrum would be like, but I never bought one. I did go to a "computer course" back in 1983, but they taught us virtually nothing. They did have a beautiful machine though, it must have been the Lisa, but it was far beyond my reach

We also had been given a DOS based computer by my uncle, but writing programs has never really been my thing.

Towards the end of the eighties my mother and I bought a Commodore 64 for my father, which I used as well, of course :|
