First off, is it possible to upgrade my current system (10.6.7) to Lion without formatting and reinstalling or do I have to wait for the final release? And second, if I do upgrade it, can I configure all the preferences such as Launchpad to work with my regular mouse because I do not have an Apple Magic Mouse? Thanks a lot for any help. allenwkk Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 No. you cannot do a upgrade form 10.6.7 to the DP2. Lion works with normal mouse and no Magicpad.
