wmarsh
It looks like a method bcc9 developed to enable audio support on HDMI has been adapted to add LVDS support and enable QE/CI on Mobility Radeon Cards. This is not the new MacBookPros -- this is your existing laptop. For details see: bcc9's thread about method: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=249642 mucha's thread about LVDS: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=252061 Mobility Radeon HD 4xxx thread: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=245308

I rem the days of the hex editing of the x1600 cards which used a method of both hex edit and also EFI strings. not for the average user. Need advanced knowledge how to hex-edit code.. I personally dont understand it. Don't need advanced knowledge, if you wish to learn something read about it and follow. numbers are only numbers and when someone tells you what each number means then it's easy for people like you.
