busrider Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 I have 10.4.3 installed and running great on my AMD X2 desktop under vmware server. I tried copying the virtual machines over to two of my laptops, a 700m and a DV2000. That same virtual machines doesn't run on either. On the 700m It complains that there is no pae support. I have tried with both the paevm flag on and off. There are posts of people running native on the 700m, has anyone been able to run it under vmware. On the DV2000, it doesn't compain about that but just as it prints the "starting darwin" message it reboots. I tried the -v and -x flags but they really don't print much before it says "starting darwin". Does anyone have any ideas about why this is happenning?
