I have found no definitive answr and i havee been searching for ever. can i use the new i7 ? what i s a god motherboard (other than the gigabite one its out of stock at newegg) will i be able to install and run 24 gb of ram ? and will i be able to run two 5770s in crossfire ? thanks i am really interested in doing this but just so confused ! also can you just install OSx on to any computer or does it have to be specific... i know you at least have to have ddr3 ram Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KrlzGmz Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 It should work with latest i7. I don't know any other than Gigabyte. It should if you manage to get it running on 64-bit. So if you build a new one after careful research you should have zero problems (as it is the case with my desktop in my sig, almost 2 years old now).
