forch
I noticed some behavior problems with my Toshiba A660-11M and I'm starting this thread for other Toshiba owners (A600 or other series) to confirm this. I'm unable to boot from HDD / USB with any bootloader (most bootloaders use the chameleon boot, boot1h, boot0 files) An attempt to boot from the HDD / USB returns to the boot screen (message below "boot failed"). The HDD or USB boots from other laptops (bootloaders are working, not that I ever doubted it). I'm able to boot from the CD/DVD drive or a USB-CD/DVD drive (and that's about it ). Can anyone confirm this? Cheers.

sebtor
I can confirm it is impossible to boot off any bootloader (I have the Toshiba A665), but if you double boot with windows (and use windows bootloader) then you run it from another partition without the need of usb.
