Dubh
I currently have a working version of leopard 10.5.8 on what's basically a hp m8300f with an evga 9800 gtx card. Leopard works fine most the time, other then randomly losing the usb sometimes. But when I try to install Snow I get a kernel panic. I'm unable to partition the drive i'm using into guid since it also has my windows install, so I'm using a modified mkpg. If need anymore info please tell me. Thanks
Hangten
I would try installing on an external USB HDD/Flashdrive drive then it can also serve as a backup... Your trying to install on an already booted drive thats OSX with one patrician and Windows on another partician? It will never work. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Dubh
Thanks for the help, it was that this computer was running on 4 gig's of ram. Which explains why I didn't encounter this problem on my previous hack that only ran on two gig's of ram.
