I know that this is a little bit late, but I installed Mac OS X Snow Leopard on my Compaq Presario CQ61-324EZ and got the G103M working, the OS sees all 512MB of memory and Photoshop identifies the video card as being Nvidia G103M. In system profiler the manufacturer is unknown but It still sees the card and I can use my 1366x768 resolution. The trick is to delete all the unnecessary nvidia kexts, and insert this chunk of code in com.apple.boot.plist :
<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>y</string>
My kexts are : NVDANV50Hal.kext
NVDAResman.kext
NVSMU.kext
Hope it works for you and all the other people visiting this post!

It will never work in SL. You must be on lion 10.7.4 or newer.
