Korrupted
Have you ever wanted to add a folder to your Dock, for extra convenience? There are two methods of doing it. First, I'll describe the easy way: 1. Open a new Finder window. Navigate to the folder you want. 2. Click and drag the folder onto the right portion of the dock. 3. If done right, it should be visible on the dock, by the Trash: Second, the long way, which lets you put the folder anywhere you want on the dock: 1. Open a new Finder window. Navigate to the folder you want. 2. Click the folder ONCE, or press enter. 3. Add .app to the folder's name. Press enter to confirm it. 4. Drag the folder where you want it on the dock. 5. In the same finder window, remove the .app part. 6. If done right, it should look something like this:
gwprod12
You know what would be cool? An App that you could click and it would open up another docklike thingy with folders on it! If one doesnt exist and people think it's cool, I'll write one.
Korrupted
Err..couldn't you just open a finder window for that? Or add a folder to the dock with aliases to other folders?

gwprod12
Dax: Err, couldnt you just use expose to remove all your windows, open up your volume, click on applications or whatever folder you want, each time you need that folder? instead of putting it on the Dock? Couldnt you just go into terminal, cd into the folder you want, and type out the name of the thing you want?
