mike4911
Ok I need some help :*( I installed OSx86 it was working for a while than out of the clear blue I tried to boot into it and it would show the apple logo and than reboot the whole machine. I made a video of what it does (sorry about bad quality) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csySFoGsfRM when I try to boot into safe mode it does the exact same thing :*( This is a acer aspire one netbook model ZG5 so I loaded the drivers from the cd of course. Any suggestions?
vilpostus
Depends on what and on to you are installing. Seems like you are trying to boot the vanilla kernel. Try booting with any other.

vilpostus
-v kernel_name e.g. -v voodoo To try another kernel, it must be present on the install disk. Then installing, be sure to chose some additional kernels. e.g voodoo or sleep or any other present on the disk (contents may vary). Then booting type kernel name at Darwin prompt.
