Can't Boot USB Stick Installer (MSI Wind U100)

The full line of code that the boot process stops at is:

ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin:;start - waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out

I'm booting with the flags:

-v -x32 rd=disk1s2

On my desktop (GA EP45-UD3R), this message comes up as well during verbose boot, but it doesn't stop the boot process. The kexts in /E/E are:

AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext
AppleIntelGMA950.kext
AppleIntegratedFramebuffer.kext
ApplePS2Controller.kext
fakesmc.kext
IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext
IOAudioFamily.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext
OpenHaltRestart.kext
OSvKernDSPLib.kext
PlatformUUID.kext
SleepEnabler.kext
VoodooBattery.kext
VoodooHDA.kext
VoodooPower.kext

I'm not sure what's wrong... I have all the necessary kexts, as well as the ones required for the U100, but the boot process always gets stuck at this one spot... I even went into the /S/L/E folder of the install disk and removed AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext and it still happened : (

Any ideas?

***UPDATE #1***

I've tried everything, and still no getting past that message.

Something interesting to note, however, is that when I booted up the SL installation I did to an external USB drive and threw the MSI wind kexts into the /E/E folder, after the same AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement message appears, I start to hear the "Welcome" video sounds where it flies through space and you see "Welcome" in different languages. It's slightly choppy but the sound is there, yet the screen still only displays where the verbose boot ended with that AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement message.

Seems to me that the GFX aren't loaded, but everything else is. That way, when the system is ready to boot, I still see the verbose boot text even though the "Welcome" video has sound.

I have no idea how to fix this, however. I'm not sure how to make the GFX load because the kexts are THERE, but they "failed to load"

***UPDATE #2***

Removed all Graphics kexts from /E/E, and put an EFI string in com.apple.Boot.plist for the card (Intel GMA950), and when the computer booted it still played the "Welcome" video sound but the monitor showed the end of the verbose boot (didn't load any video). This even happens when I boot with -x.

What the hell is there to do lol?

have you checked this thread:

This morning I managed to get my Shuttle k45 to install and run Snow Leopard... (key to my solution was to disable IDE in bios), still need sound and ethernet (kext for Leo works very well in 32bit though, bonjour OOB with this kext)

I already had video in dsdt from Leo, I suggest you do the same for your U100, if you can find the info...

I have the deskop version of the GMA950 (efi string didn't exist for the desktop gma950 at the time, dsdt solution was easier), graphic acceleration works perfectly well in Snow Leopard

Thanks, although I did see that post... I was just trying to do it from a 2 partition USB with the DVD on 1 partition and chameleon on the other.

It turns out that you CAN'T load Graphics kexts from /E/E for some reason... this isn't good as I dont like to modify /S/L/E. I got my USB stick installer to boot but trackpad/keyboard don't work, ill try external.
