I have a random wireless icon in my taskbar?

this is really weird, i did just begin to edit my dsdt, but i didn't do anything with the network that i know of. any way to get rid of it?

Wtf...that's not even the wireless icon for Airport in OS X. Do you have 3rd party Wireless tools like the RALink stuff installed?

Anyway...to answer your question, to get rid of it, hold the command key and drag it off of the taskbar.

this is weird, as fast as it came, it vanished. and no i havent installed anything for network besides my slightly modded ionetworkingfamily/appleyukon2
