The one from en0 (00:1F:C6:4E:D0:2E) goes into the UUID kext, in the string under the UUID-key line of the Info.plist (ie replace exactly what you highlighted above in the top right textedit window, with 001FC64ED02E )

The UUID line from Disk Utility goes into the com.apple.Boot.plist

Kernel

I couldn't locate any boot.plist file on my slimbuild Boot-132 cd image, can i use the one from my current iDeneb 10.5.4 that sits in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist?

It looks quite different from the one you posted, here it is:

The com.apple.Boot.plist I posted is from my Macbook, which is why it doesn't look like yours..

You don't add it to the boot-132 cd, you add it to the one in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ (that you posted above) after you install, just add it after the last but before the .
