basically it's a windows based niche really...overclocking has been limited to that.

 

Prime 95 is a good application for it

Orthos is a great program, I use that

SuperPi is also one I've heard of

 

basically, you leave the tests running, and see how long the system is stable, if you get freezes, or crashes, you need to to more tweaking, either lowering frequencies, or playing with voltage.
