(as I have a dell e1505 and everything works minus the ethernet port, the mic and the svga) 1. All the normal things work, either with the regular apple kexts or with custom. Meaning video, monitor out, ethernet, wireless, speakers, line in, line out 2. One of the reasons for non mac hardware are extras. On my dell the sdcard slot works (which there is one now in Apple...but we have had this working longer). So on that note, if there is HDMI Out I would PREFER that to work. If there is an ESATA Port or an Expresscard slot or a Mini-Firewire port those are all preferred to be working as well. And if we are going against the MacBook lets get all the flavors here.... 13 inchers, 15 inchers and 17 inchers.
