kavis
Hello everybody! I found that in worldwide available Factory Unlocked iPhone. For example in France, Belgium, Australia, New Zeland etc. Its true that this version will work with any 3G providers (any compatible SIMs). I live in Ukraine and we cant buy iPhone at all (due to location we cant buy it with AT&T contract and my country is not in iPhone list-sellers). If somebody can explain the details about Factory Unlocked iPhone please do it. Thank you. Sergey, Kiev, Ukraine
Rekoil
According to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1937 quite a lot of carriers now sell iPhones without a carrier lock. From that page (Country - Carrier): Belgium - Mobistar Czech Republic - O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone Greece - Vodafone, Cosmote Hong Kong - 3 Italy - TIM, Vodafone Luxemburg - Vox Mobile, LUXGSM Macau - 3 Malaysia - Maxis New Zealand - Vodafone Russia - MegaFon, MTS, Beeline Saudi Arabia - Mobily Singapore - SingTel Slovakia - Orange South Africa - Vodacom Taiwan - Chunghwa Telecom Thailand - TrueMove Turkey - TurkCell United Arab Emirates - Etisalat Could there be any truth to this? I know Belgium, Italy and Hong Kong do sell unlocked iPhones, but I'd love to know if the others on that list do as well. Would make it easier to acquire one.
