Philbert
I'm quite new to this, but the instructions seem pretty simple to follow. At boot type: config=live.plist then at root type: bootlive; exit I left the RAMDisk blank for this first attempt, just to make sure it worked. So I pressed Enter and waited a moment, then it gave me this error: Something about not being able to find a network or local drive. Any ideas? I tried it on 3 computers and got the same result every time. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/169444-ipc-live-dvd-error/ Share on other sites
efluon
* bump * i had the same experience. only 2 computers. tried all kernels, and every sensible option. all the same. maybe you need a mac HD to boot this? or is the liveCD broken? Philbert
Kernels? The only option I know of is the size of the RAMDisk. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/169444-ipc-live-dvd-error/#findComment-1186580 Share on other sites
