I searched many hours, and found some topics about the x1400. But i'm not sure if this card is compatible to the x1300... and maybe someone could tell me how to get the hardware id of my card under MacOS? thanks! hope i get this thing working... super_engine Posted January 4, 2009 Share Posted January 4, 2009 Follow this 1- You want enable it on a desktop o laptop pc. 2- Need Device ID 3- If you have a laptop you can use well only on the external monitor. On internal you can have only QE/CI enabled but no change resolution (you can force in boot.plist) 4- For use it you must edit ATIRadeonX1000-Kext (inset Your DeviceID in the info.plist file) and modify the HEX file always with your Device ID (for to do this you can see my topic in this section changing my ID 7196 with the your ID) 5- You can use NATIT-ATI-AUTO.KEXT it works fine with ati 1000 serie cards.
