I got osx86 working yesterday and whats really strange is that in the finder sidebar under shared there's a computer that says "allenpc" and when I click it I can view all their pictures and files. I clicked on one of the pictures and realized it was someone in my town. Anyway, how do I know people cant see my files and whatnot? Are there folder sharing options like on Windows?

Heres a pic

Go to System Prefs. And click "Sharing" under Internet & Network, and you can see all the options you currently have switched on for sharing
