I have an MS Explorer Optical 3.0 mouse, and installed the Intellipoint software in order to use the 2 side buttons. When I boot into OSX for the first time, it all works great. However when I log out then log in again, the 2 side buttons dont work anymore. I have to restart OSX in order to get them back. Needless to say this is annoying. Any workaround? I have a Logitech LX7 which I use with Logitech's software and a couple of times it has stopped responding all I had to do was unplug the receiver then put it back in. So have you tried doing this?
