yoboy94
Hello everyone, Is there any way that i can install snow leopard after it comes out on my hackintosh (currently leopard 10.5.8) without losing any of my files, application etc.? I was thinking maybe using time capsule but who knows? Please i really can't lose my files and applications
derpuma
Burn or copy your files to DVD or HDD. Timemachine is an option, but i would only go for it on a seperate HDD! Not only on a partition! Anyway, an update from 10.5.8 to 10.6 is only for real MACs. If you are on hacki you have to do a fresh install from your running 10.5.8 or from USB Boot Image. Look in blackosx's Thread, he explains pretty well what to do!
