Sadly in Israel the warranty is not by Dell. Its by a very bad company, with very bad service so I'm sure that if I'll open it, and they will find something different/bad stickers, they wont fix my laptop

Update about Windows 8 ALPS drivers: newer version should be released in this Monday

I've heard Microsoft and Alps did worked together for new Win8 drivers. I guess Dell its Dell's foulght... I hate Dell!!!! Next PC wont be Dell - for sure!

Thanks, I'll try it! But first, the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagment.kext problem came back! I get Kernel Panic. I didn't change anything... Only installed 10.8.1, but I've booted normally after that. What could it be? I've flashed the BIOS, and everything worked properly couple of min. before this started. Thanks for helpers! EDIT: Booting I'll now try the guide you gave And I think the brightness is low...

Can someone please reupload the Alps driver? Does it allow multitouch? (if not, I have a propper driver ) Thanks!
