guifrombrazil Posted April 6, 2008 Share Posted April 6, 2008 I'm trying to install kalyway_leo_10.5.1 in my Intel Pentium D 920 2,8Ghz PC. The CD boot completely normal, but without typing VANILLA after F8. Anyway, as I continue the procedure, the Installation Guide and the DiskUtility don't show my HD in the list, only the DVD, which is on a IDE Samsung driver. I created a primary partition under Acronis Disk Director with FAT32 format, but it didn't work anyway. My Bios doesn't show Legacy IDE Option (as i saw described on a forum). I tried to install under another computer, with a Samsung SATA HD and both Instalation Guide and DiskUtility showed me the partitions inside that HD, so i think the problem would be the model or the manufacturer of my HD. HD Model: Seagate ST3250823SCE Please, if anyone knows about that problem, just let me know.
