PlayingKarrde
OK this is really weird. I've done this a hundred times but for some reason I'm trying to create a partition with DISKPART using the argument id=af but it's telling me that it isn't a valid argument. I had it working before (many times in fact) but decided to wipe it all as previously I was having problems and wanted to start again, as well as the fact that my OSX was on a 20gig partition of this 80 gig drive. So I wiped all partitions and started from scratch. Created an HFS partition using Diskpart no problem and loaded up the kalyway DVD. In there I created two partitions but (for the first time) I did it with guid rather than MBR. Anyway, I started having problems loading into OSX (chain booting error) and I noticed there was 200megs at the start of the drive specified for something like EFI or somesuch. Well in my infinite wisdom I decided to start over and do it with MBR instead. I deleted all the partitions but it wasn't letting me delete the 200megs as it was crucial for the operating system or something. As it was just OSX on this drive I force deleted it with whatever option it told me to use (I forget). However, now, no matter how I try it cannot create a partition on the drive with id=af. I'm able to create a partition on it with NTFS fine, but no HFS. Can anyone help me out. This is very strange and I have no idea how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
