bk2002 Posted March 28, 2008 Share Posted March 28, 2008 this guide on this site was awesome. thanks i have 1 question . i got everything running perfect and nothing ever crashes. i uptime is like 2 weeks only prob. i noticed was i have my hackinmac connected from the DSUB(15pin vga) to my monitor. when i took this computer to a friends house is monitor was only dvi so i connected it to the dvi plug on my computer but i get no picture , monitor says a signal is there but no pic. any help appreciated. my stats are Asus PW5 DH Deluxe, Gskill 2 gigs ram, Q6600, nvidia 8600GT 512. running kalyway leopard 10.5.2 using NVinstaller v.41.. using the vga port i get 1280x1024 on my 19in monitor Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/96167-question-about-dvi-port/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
