trandal
ive got to the stage where i can install mac os x, my hard drive is seen, everythings been partitioned, all the right stuff has customized and added in the install then when it tries to install, it says: Mac OS X could not be installed on your computer The installer could not install the software because there was no software found to install. if i let it read the disk for consistency, at the end of it, it says that the disk cannot be read and says that i should carefully clean the disk ive burnt the image multiple times at 4x and 1x, but it keeps happening. what should i do? btw, its a compaq laptop, amd turion x2 tl 50, Nforce 430/410 sata chipset, Nvida 6150 Go. its all recognised in the installer though, so it shouldnt have a problem. im using zeph's 10.5.2 rev 1 disk thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/95047-osx-will-not-install-software-cannot-be-found/ Share on other sites
