I have recently installed iATKOS 1.0ir3 on an intel box that's an off-brand. After battling with it for 2 days now, I have gotten it to start booting. All of the patches needed were applied (Mostly just the SSE2 one), and installation completed without any problems. Now to make it boot..

When I leave it try and boot wtihout any commands, it will load the Apple logo, with the spinning "gear", as well as load up various files os x would need to boot of course. After what I would assume is near the end of the boot process, it just stops, and throws a "Restart your computer" gray screen.

I restarted it and used the -v command. Several times now, it likes to stop at random sections of the booting process. The last few tries it has liked to stop at the Ethernet address part. The line text is as follows:

Apple3Com3c90xB: Ethernet address 00:01:03:ce:e2:a7

By what i can remember this is the proper address for my card, and is what it should be displaying.

It refuses to go any farther using the -v command. The hard drive stops reading, and it simply sits there crossing it's perverbial arms.

I tried to boot it once more with the -v and -x commands.

This time it got to the following:

Mar 13 18:45:53 localhost /usr/sbin/ocspd[57]

After several restarts, it continues to freeze at different points in the booting process.

I left it try and boot for about 30 minutes , this proved to be a total waste :hysterical:
